General Policies

Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be shipped within 3 working days. All sales are final and require pre-payment by credit card or company check. All orders are subject to availability. There are no back orders. Shipping charges will be added at the time of invoicing.

  • Our carrier of choice is UPS Ground. Charges are calibrated, by zone, based on parcel weights and final destination.
  • Third party shipping available for UPS, DHL, FEDEX, LTL with a $3.95 per carton handling charge.
  • About our Standard Shipping Charges: The shipping charges for your order are based on the total weight and the number of cartons. Your shipping & handling total will be calculated after the product is packed for shipment. A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided once your order has left our facility. Damages & Shortages

Check and unpack your order as soon as it is received. Note any shortages or shipping damages with the carrier upon delivery. Notify Package Makes Perfect within 48 hours of receipt if there is any problem with your order.

Return Policy

All sales are final. In the event of any damages in a shipment, please notify Package Makes Perfect within 48 hrs. Upon customer return authorization, damaged goods will be replaced immediately. If stock is not available, a refund will be processed within 48 hours.
